Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for reducing stress and providing relaxation that also promotes healing. The "life force energy" creates a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, and creates many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Reiki will improve the results of any medical treatment, acting to reduce negative side effects, such as those from surgery and invasive procedures. It shortens healing time, reduces or eliminates pain, reduces stress and helps create optimism. Reiki has also been used in conjunction with psychotherapy to improve the healing of emotional trauma and other issues. Its psychological benefits can include improved memory and greater self-confidence.
Theta
Theta is a meditational process that creates physical, psychological and spiritual healing for those that want to have good health and happiness, and change old beliefs that don't serve us that keeps us from having what we want in life.
A Theta state is a very deep state of relaxation. Theta brain waves can be thought of as the subconscious which hold memories and sensations, they also govern our attitudes, our beliefs and our behaviours.
Everything that you say and do is regulated by the frequency of brain waves.
Rebirthing Breathwork
Using a breathwork technique, Rebirthing is a safe, spiritual form of healing, an effective tool that provides positive results, experienced by myself and many others.

Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing
Crystal Healing is an alternative healing technique for strengthening the body and resolving issues and patterns using various forms of natural crystals. The crystal carry vibrational rates. By placing these vibrational rates within the aura - your aura's vibrational rates also change. Often the effects are indirect, but very potent. Other times, the effects are very direct and repeatable.
Crystal healing provides a wonderful experience of deep relaxation and wellbeing. It balances Chakras, refreshes the body's energies and clears stress and allows you time to connect to your inner place of peace.

Session Length
The recommended length of a session is 60mins or 90mins. You can choose one specific energy healing therapy or we can 'mix and match' depending on how you feel and what might work best for you.
Number of Sessions
Frequent sessions are very beneficial for maintaining good health, general well being and vibrant energy. To enhance and better support you in experiencing positive change and benefits, session package deals are available - please contact me for more info.

I had been suffering with a pro-longed neck pain, which the usual prescription of anti-inflammatories and physio treatments had helped, but failed to rid me of - and to be perfectly honest the pain and restricted movement had really gotten me down. Having always had an open-mind to 'alternative' remedies, when Maxine offered me a Reiki treatment during her recent trip to the UK, I was intrigued. The first thing to say is that the session was extremely relaxing - the second is that the heat Maxine was able to generate without touching me was quite unbelievable. The sensation was lovely, I can't think of a better word to describe it - and afterwards the movement in my neck was so much freer than it had been, and the pain had all but gone.
